AA911-F Master Station with Polyester Film Frontplate

The AA911-F is designed for normal use as a flush-mounted Master Station for hospitals etc., where easy cleaning and wipe-down sterilization is required. It is used with the model BBF961 (flush) or BBS961 (surface) back-box.

The station's metal frontplate is fully covered with a thin polyester film, protecting the station's loudspeaker and microphone. The keypad is of the membrane switch type. The station is specially designed for use in hospital operating rooms etc. The station provides full hands-free voice controlled (VOX) communication. The Polyester covered front plate with speaker and microphone allows for normal hands-free conversation with a range of approx. 3-5 meters (10-15 feet). The membrane keypad section contains a warning lamp (Red LED), 14 buttons for dialing and 1 button (M) for microphone cut-off (mute when pressed during a conversation). The digit buttons (0-9) are for call number dialing and the T-button is provided for manual control of a conversation when desired.

The X-button is used to cancel a call. The star (*) and the hash sign (#) buttons are feature buttons.

The station permits the connection of a parallel speaker where additional output is required (loudspeaker impedance 16 to 50 ohms recommended). The station is designed to work with the RM5000EX and/or CB901EX series microprocessor intercom systems.
