NC364 Telephone Interface

The Alpha Communication® NC364 Telephone Interface provides an input for an analog telephone line through which an operator may access the NC300 Nurse Call System remotely, to perform normal functions for patients. Voice steering is provided to assist the operator in providing these functions in the absence of a display.

The Telephone Interface has ten (10) programmable access codes available to provide some security to the system. These access codes are readily programmed and deleted using any remote touch tone telephone. The telephone Interface has the ability to place a call to any telephone if a call goes unanswered on the Nurse Call System. This function occurs automatically after a phone number has been programmed into the system. Any number up to fifteen characters may be programmed to be dialed by the telephone interface.
