WES555CI Wireless Call and Resident Check-In Push/Pull Station (AlphaEcall™ 200 series)

The Wireless Emergency Push/Pull Stations with Resident 'Check-In' pushbutton shall be shall be Alpha Communications® AlphaEcall™ 200 series model WES555CI, or approved equal. Operation of emergency signals shall be accomplished by a short pull on the nylon cord or by pulling / pushing down on the Red lever marked 'EMERGENCY".

The Red "CALL PLACED" L.E.D. indicator shall light to assure the resident that the call has been placed. Switching mechanism shall consist of a reliable DPDT switch. The WES555CI shall be used in conjunction with the WSM555-2 wireless support module.

The WES555CI is typically used as a toilet emergency pull station and is not designed to be used in wet or damp environments. For wet or damp (or shower) type applications use the model# WES537 station (with separate 'check-in' pushbutton) instead.

All electronic components needed for these features shall be mounted on a printed circuit board and all station components shall be mounted an a rugged ABS plastic faceplate. The station(s) shall be installed in the model# IHS527 surface back box.

Contractor shall observe all local and national electrical and building codes.

WES555CI Wireless Assistance Call and Resident Check-In Station
The Alpha Communications® WES555CI Emergency Station may be used in any location where activation of an emergency signal is required, along with 'check-in' capabilities for the resident. All electronic components are mounted on a circuit board. The WES555CI features a built-in Red LED 'call-placed' indicator, large Red 'domed' type 'Check-In' momentary call pushbutton and 6 foot nylon pull cord.

Due to the flexibility of its design, it may be used as a PULL CORD EMERGENCY STATION, OR a PUSH TYPE EMERGENCY STATION. The pull cord supplied may be used for emergency call activation or if so desired, the LARGE RED push/pull down lever may be used.

The WES555CI is used primarily with the WES555CI Wireless Support Module on the AlphaEcall™ 200 series wireless emergency-call system(s), but can be used and is backwards compatible with some older systems as well, as well as the AlphaEntry™ series (v5.5 or later).
