The Alpha Communications® / TekTone SF527UL Wireless Support Module is for use with the Tek-CARE®500 (TC500) Wireless Emergency Call System. When the SF527UL is connected to a SF337C Waterproof Emergency Station, the SF337C operates as a wireless device in the Tek-CARE®500 system. When properly installed, the SF527UL/SF337C assembly may be located in a shower, bath or tub room, regardless of environmental conditions (stainless steel and other metal fixtures may interfere with signal transmission).

It includes a universal transmitter and a pre-assembled 7-pin wiring harness for connection to the SF337C Emergency Station. The SF527UL requires no other wiring connections and is powered by a user-replaceable 3V lithium battery.

TekTone® has designed the Tek-CARE®500 (TC500) to work as a system. Its NC474 Tek-Bridge Master Station Computer has been carefully designed and matched to work with TC500 wireless and wired peripherals. TekTone® will not warrant or support components of TC500 that are purchased separately unless the components are add-ons to previously sold systems. TekTone® will also not warrant or support a system that is a mix of TekTone® and Non-TekTone® parts, unless prior written permission has been obtained. In order to track our systems and to inform facilities of software upgrades, full site information (site name, address and phone number) will be required when ordering. Site information and NC510UL warranty number will also be required when requesting technical support.
