RS816 Master Station
RS816 Room Status Master Station
The RS816 Master Station utilizes micro-controller technology to control and display the functioning of up to 40 remote dome stations, when used in conjunction with an RS840 Master Expander. All of the programming information for these stations is contained in the master station's flash memory. The programming information for these stations will be retained with no voltage applied to the master station for a minimum of ten (10) years. Entry of a simple two digit global command code is all that is required to set all remote stations, associated with the master station, for one of seven predetermined call progress modes. The specific functioning of any remote station dome lamp may quickly be modified from the master station.
The master station also provides a path for communications with remote indicator and control panel and other master stations. This provides for a flexible and sophisticated network, which can fill the needs of any doctor's care facility.
